We are looking for an administrative assistant to support our finance department. As a part of our team you will play a key role at the department and work closer to other departments.
Responsibilities:
Processing invoices
Mantaining spreadsheets
Create, send, and follow up on invoices
Overseeing client accounts
Collecting and reviewing data for reports
Bank reconciliation
Solve customers incidences
Skills:
MS Office (MS Excel specially)
Attention to detail
Customer service background is a must
Excellent time management skills
Good organizational skills
Fluent English and Spanish mandatory
Willingness to work in a multifunctional team in an international environment
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Familiarity with office equipment
Problem-solving skills
